About Us
We have been in Bulgaria for a while now, our main day to day work tends to be Mini Digger work and renovation of older Bulgarian properties. Bulgarian properties tend to be built using a variety of construction methods such as timber, stone, brick, cob or concrete or as in most cases a combination of these. They are prone to having issues such as dry rot, wood/beetle damage, rising damp, poor foundations and most usually have been extended over time, very few have internal stairways, bathrooms or complete kitchens. Most rural Bulgarian properties have no access to a main sewerage system so this is almost certainly a first consideration.
Prior to coming to Bulgaria we spent many years working in Ireland mainly on new build constructions, we subsequently moved to France where we spent several years renovating client's properties. This has given us wide ranging experience in many areas of construction and renovation along with the experience of dealing with properties built under 'Country specific' traditional construction methods.
No job is too big or small as a small family company we are able to call upon 35yrs+ construction and building based experience to give you the best possible service possible.

Having discovered that my house and land is located at the meeting point of some field drains, I had a serious flooding issue. Although I had an initial plan to deal with this, I employed James to excavate the required drain runs and level the ground. I found James to be extremely knowledgeable on the issue, and his alternative plan dealt with the problem and at a much reduced cost in both time and money. I found his initial quotation to be very accurate. The work was completed within the time I has allowed, even though weather and ground conditions were against us. Not only would I use his services again, I am planning for this in the very near future.

We employed James to completely strip the house roof, replace any structural timbers, all new joists, membrane and retile with new. Overcame some structural problems and consulted me beforehand. Very happy with the work, and all done in the heat of midsummer.! D and D Chadwick.
